What are the shipping cost?
We only charge a flat rate of $18 for Guilty Grape wine. So fill up that shelf, it won't cost extra in shipping!
How long is processing?
We process all orders within 3 business days but we're always working to get your wine to you as quick as possible!
The Guilty Grape does not ship on major holidays or weekends. Additionally, in cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat, fires, and/or cold), The Guilty Grape reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.
How long does it take for me to receive my package?
UPS packages will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
State laws prohibit our shipping wine to hotels, motels or licensed beverage facilities.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Will receive tracking?
Yes! We keep you posted at every step of the way. Once your order has been processed you will be emailed a tracking notification!
Do I need an adult signature at the time of delivery?
An individual over the age of 21 is required to be present to sign with ID. Notes with a signature, left for the delivery companies, cannot be accepted as a replacement for an individual signing for the shipment.
We cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if delivery is not made on the first delivery attempt. Orders that are not delivered on the initial attempt may be held in a facility that is not temperature controlled - brrr.
UPS is unable to deliver your package it will be returned to our warehouse and customer must pay for redelivery $18 or a $10 restocking fee if customer wants to cancel order, and receive store credit.
Summer Shipping Policies:
If your order will be delayed due to summer temperatures, we will notify you about any delays in shipping to ensure that your wine arrives with limited exposure to heat.
Can I return my wine?
Customer Returns: We’re unable to accept returns for any reason, this includes orders placed in error.
Returns: We’re unable to re-ship returned wine because we aren’t able to guarantee the wine's quality once wine departs our warehouse.
Returned wine from a customer's inability to receive package delivery will neither be returned nor credited.
